Vanessa HThe pickup instructions for self serve weren’t clear. The lock was on the truck and the keys were in the back, not in a drop box. They charged a cleaning fee and I’m not sure why. Also the app wouldn’t let me check it in, I had to calll.
Aminah MAC on unit was intermittent stopped working for no apparent reason. I contacted store where i rented from and let her know. She offered to switch out with another but due to time constraints and having to spend more money on gas for a larger truck I kept vehicle and suffered through heat in middle of summer Texas 100deg heat.
Richard HFast ,easy , convenient and on time when needed and excellent service.and will always recommend for the next customer.
