Location and service was great only hick-up was there was no appliance dolly available. Overall, everything was fine.

The outside was dirty with mud and the vehicle had a quarter tank of fuel. I would recommend this location due to the fact it's the only one within 10 miles of my house.

They were not able to print my receipt after I turned it in. Also when I picked up the trailer, I checked in online but it still took 20 minutes before for them to figure out the computer

The 6X12 Utility Trailer was perfect for our move. We didn't have much stuff because most of it was picked up already. Everything worked on the trailer and didn't have any issues. Always go with the dual axle trailer!!!

The computer was extremely slow and cause me to pay for my rental using my phone! Even after I paid for my equipment and had a receipt the representative would not rent me the trailer due to the computer was stating I owed money! It took me over 2 hours to rent my equipment... I even had to leave and come back due to be totally frustrated and behind with my moving arrangements!

The only concern is I paid for moving help. 2 hours, 1 person. The individual only worked for 1 hour, unbeknownst to me as it was hectic and I thought I one reserved 1 hour. I later looked at my receipt and saw I paid for 2 hours but only received 1 hours work.
