Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery sketchy location, no room to park, reminded me of a junkyard. Turns out the better location to drop off the truck was across the street, but my contract said to drop off at the 1611 Orange Ave instead of 1620 Orange Ave. I even called the gentleman at 4 pm that afternoon to inquire why my reservation hadn’t cleared, he seemed confused of the size of the truck, but said he would take care of it. I panicked because I thought I dropped the truck at the wrong location. My reservation wasn’t clearing by the next day. It took a phone call to the UHAUL home office to straighten things out! The woman I spoke with was very reassuring that everything would be straightened out! I was so tired after driving that big truck for two days and unloading it! David LeGrand in Kentucky was so great too! I had called him after I dropped off the truck expressing my concerns about the sketchy location. David kept checking on things for me on his end. He called me immediately when it cleared. David is exceptionally caring about his customers. I always feel he is looking out for my best interests.
Kathy EThey were not there for pick up time but everything was in order and very easy to pick up trailer. Just had to wait 30 minutes. No big deal.
Steven LThe business was a combo of other businesses. Very small and tight, and a little tough getting in and out. The car carrier I rented wasn't ready when I got there. It was partially broken and we had to use a floor jack to get it on the hitch ball. Communication was a little difficult as the workers spoke little English and I had to speak with someone on a cell phone.
Ted KKeep reservations that were made well in advance. Not charge for days I didn’t use equipment. Got charged 2 extra days and not refunded. And had to drive over hour to pick up equipment because of equipment reservation was not honored
