They were not there for pick up time but everything was in order and very easy to pick up trailer. Just had to wait 30 minutes. No big deal.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe business was a combo of other businesses. Very small and tight, and a little tough getting in and out. The car carrier I rented wasn't ready when I got there. It was partially broken and we had to use a floor jack to get it on the hitch ball. Communication was a little difficult as the workers spoke little English and I had to speak with someone on a cell phone.
Ted KKeep reservations that were made well in advance. Not charge for days I didn’t use equipment. Got charged 2 extra days and not refunded. And had to drive over hour to pick up equipment because of equipment reservation was not honored
CHARLES SFirst gave me the wrong truck, then replaced it with a worn out truck with 132,000+ miles on it, with VERY sloppy steering.
