Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy truck pick up time was 12pm I was on time. I didn't pick up truck until 12:45pm. I had to call to lthem help me to get my truck. I did everything the app said when it got to the driver license part it kick me out. Number two I wanted to pick it up closer they gave me a place 9 miles out so that's 18 miles .The place I wanted to pick it up from had the same size she said it wasn't one there the truck was there and stayed there all day, not only that they got another one the same size so they had two.
Patricia FThe store is never open so if you have an issue there’s no one to help. The app offers pickup during store hours but this is misleading.
Newt HIt was out of the way for me, and I don’t live near it. Having to pick up my U-Haul from there added over an hour to my day. Having to do all of the pick up paperwork online and running into issues with it with no physical person to help meant another hour because I ran into multiple system issues. None of that was this locations fault, but I would suggest not having an unmanned U-Haul pickup location until you work the bugs out in your software. This cost me 2 hours of my day, and extra gas.
KYLE AThe rental was not available for the time that I needed it. I also was over charged for the rental. there was no coontact person or a way to get in contact with anyone that worked at the peddlers location. I had to reach out to uhaul customer support serval times.
