I paid for 4 dozen moving blankets and 2 hand trucks rental. Was not included in rental.

Very nice and friendly people. But I had to call them and wake them up. Got my reservation 40 minutes late. But atleast they did not cancel my reservation like budget truck did

Truck dirty in back with hair, clothing, and dirt. Had to drive an hour to pick up at last moment. Supposed to be reimbursed with extra mileage which did not happen. Did not have right equipment in truck. Nobody at this location!

I returned the trailer as I thought I was supposed to. Talking to someone on the phone, I followed the instructions they gave me. They never mentioned being late. They never called letting me know about the extra charge they were putting on my debit card. But I was charged for another day. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND U-HAUL AGAIN.

The equipment needs to be oil or grease often because of the weather cause it to rust and hard to operate. It would be helpful if the location would explain the details of the rental,if there's no paperwork for the Customer.
