Tina P.We got moved to this location due to the city closing down another site. It was a bummer because we had to drop it with no staff to make sure everything was in order. However, we were thrilled when they called us on Monday to let us know they had it and all was well. Such a pleasant staff person called us. It was great!
Cindy H.Location was easy to find and convenient to my location. Owners were super helpful and made sure I received my receipts both in paper and via email. My only complaint is with U-Haul itself. I was alotted four days to travel to my destination but arrived the next day and dropped of my trailer 24 hours later. U-Haul still charged me for 4 travel days. This is absurd in my opinion as U-Haul should refund the difference for returning early.This is poor business practice in my opinion and makes it difficult to want to rent from U-Haul again in the future.
