Was not impressed with the covered trailers. They did not have the means to Jack it up to place on a receiver! Had to use my floor jack to raise it up. Too heavy for the average person!!

I was going to rent from them from the start, but on the phone, the lady was not very friendly. I tried to book the first time and she told me that 3 weeks in advance was too far off for her to schedule. I needed to call back a week to a week and a half before to schedule a truck. The next time I called she was rude and told me she was closed and to call back the next day. I understand you may have been closed, but you don't need to be rude. I went to another location to rent.

The first location I made appointment for pick up I was not satisfied with the service .
The lady at the desk, didn't seem to know much about how to fill out the form on the computer.
I reserved at one location on-line, then got e-mail that they did not have that large a truck. E-mail said needed to call if I still wanted the larger truck. Otherwise they would have small truck ready at original location. I was okay with small truck. When I went to pick up,, location was closed and I had to call 1-800 number to then be required to drive 20 miles to another location to get the larger truck...,very frustrating!

The lady who runs the facility lives not far behind it. She has a number to call on the door of the small building from which she conducts business. She was very helpful but of course unable to help with connecting the Auto Transport. However, she did have knowledge of how it was done. Overall, happy with the experience and place of pick up.
No one was there when I went to return my equipment, no sign or anything. I had to call U-Haul to get instructions on what to do. The lady I spoke with at U-Haul was very helpful and understanding.
I dropped off after close the drop off area has no lighting it was difficult to find and felt very unsafe especially for a woman

Straps that were ordered were not available or given. Did not receive notification until the day before pickup that location changed.
We really needed the furniture dolly but they were kind enough to give us an appliance dolly to use instead but it just didn't work the same. So having the furniture dolly would've been helpful. We also ordered the 17ft truck and got the 15ft truck.
It took almost an hour to get my trailer. She said the Uhaul website kept hanging up. She had to call two other people before she found someone that could finish my checkin.
I was okay with the whole thing, but I thought the rental agent would have walked out with me and examined the truck so that we could agree on the condition. The cab was a little dirty and there were visible scrapes on the truck bed. At enterprise rentals they document all dings, etc before I sign the contract.
Left the drop off location open, got ready to drop off at a location by interstate. Called 1-888 number and they told me if i wanted to drop off there it was going to be a $200 wrong destination fee!This location was 5 minutes from where i was going. I never picked a destination. After calling traffic, which the lady was EXTREMELY rude, hung up on me! I was sitting in a Uhual dealer parking lot, and was not allowed to drop off there! The lady said I wasn't allowed to drop off in another county, which remember I left the drop off open. They made me travel an HOUR away to drop off to avoid getting a $200 fee! So instead of being 20 minutes away from the interstate to get back home, I had to travel an extra HOUR AND HALF to get back to the interstate! When I got to the "mud pit" that's supposed to be a uhaul dealer, there was no lighting, no business signs, nothing. This is not a very clean or SAFE facility to send our U-Haul customers As a dealer, I am extremely shocked by this process. I represent this company in Florida. This ordeal has made we rethink my business with U-Haul. I do not want my name on any thing like this happening to someone else. Sucks this happened, real eye opener.
We have rented the uhaul twice and at the same place we would do it all the time there!!!
this was a 24 hr. pick up/drop off location. This was not implied at the location or online. ( Not that I saw or understood) there was no attendant to assist, no signs to give direction. It took well over an hour to even get started with my move. Your phone reps were amazing they gave the most assistance! Thank you for them! But that I needed my smart phone and being in the boondocks with limited data made something that should have been, and has been in the past, very simple>into a laughable ordeal! Please it would help many if this was clearly posted there is no attendant, and it the requirements to lease your requirement.

Make sure equipment is maintained better and customers don't get stuck in a truck in August for 8 hours with no air conditioner.
Make sure the air conditioner and brakes are working properly before the truck is rented.I spoke to reps from both locations after the move and supervisors in the area.All were very helpful.But 8 hours in a moving van with no a/c was miserable.
Ensure that the truck/equipment is clean before the next customer/client uses it. The truck that was rented to us was roach infested!! Just disgusting!!!!
U-Haul's reliability as far as adhering to a confirmed reservation is the absolute worst that I've ever experienced. For the second consecutive year my reservations were changed / edited and no one contacted me until the very last minute. On Friday, August 4 one of your reservation specialist was arguing with me that my reservation had never been confirmed, but that I only requested a 6x12 trailer. She was stating this as I was reading the reservation email. Only when I provided her the confirmation number is when she realized there had been a mistake. However, U-Haul didn't go out of it's way to even make an EFFORT to accommodate me. So once again I had to drive nearly 100 miles out of my way to pick up a 6x12 that I was suppose to pick-up in Picayune, MS (the year before I had to go 180 miles out of my travel plans). With this being said its an extremely safe bet that I will NEVER rent or so much as to even buy a box from U-Haul again.
