No one was there to help drop off. The tongue weight was too heavy to lift off. I was given 3 different locations to drop off the trailer. Why couldn't I drop off at the closest location. I didn't want to travel over 20 miles to drop it off.

GARY MWorst experience ever. They weren't there when went to pick up. 3 phone numbers on door. One didn't work others didn't answer. Finally one called back. Couldn't get to door even steps covered in show.truck was on E no miles left . No gas truck smelled of cigarette smoke literally ashes on seats. Wanted me to photograph. Items left in back of truck. It was an absolute ridiculous situation and I will not rent from them again. No customer service!!! A joke;!!

MARIA JMy experience was the worst. After I rented a ramp trailer, a man named Field called me saying that if I didn't return the trailer in 45 minutes, he would call the police and accuse me of stealing it. I had the rental receipts, and he personally installed the trailer on my truck, To improve this U-Haul rental location, they need to hire people who know how to do the job properly, speak to customers respectfully, and arrive sober. Because when he spoke to me, he smelled of alcohol; maybe that's why he became aggressive with me
