Its a very busy location for tow trucks. I was unsure where to park the trailer because im not great at backing up trailers in busy areas but one of the tow truck drivers politely said anywhere is fine. person at the desk asked for my phone number to verify i was scheduled and me to unhook it anywhere but didn't offer any help. I managed OK and unhooked it in middle of parking lot and drove off.
