The online check-in process was a huge pain - I wound up having to call…TWICE. Both reps were nice enough, but it would have helped if the first rep did what she should have done.

Ricky E.The vehicle was not ready for early morning pickup as requested - no keybox code and no dolly in the truck, causing me to wait two hours for them to open before I could get the truck. Upon return, they parked the vehicle on a hill before checking it in then overcharged me for fuel even though it was filled as required. It then took multiple calls and 3 weeks to get a refund. Everyone knows fuel level is wrong on a hill and a U-Haul dealership that checks trucks in every day knows this. They tried to scam me.
