This was an emergency but at the end it was too expensive. I can get the same service cheaper with other providers.

Brian TThe UHAUL app is ridiculously bad. It glitches constantly, looses important information that then has to be reentered and then glitches and skips steps that cause issues such as providing a code for your key when picking up a vehicle on off ours at a location. The location and the vehicle where great. The person operation the Uhaul location was very helpful after the app after I experienced a lot of difficulties with the pick up process. However, this was an off hours pick up and the owner/operator just happened to come by. If it wasn't for him my experience would have been much different and possibly worse.
MATTHEW GUHaul originally sent me to Zapata Motors in Manalapan but there was no such business at the address in the UHaul email. Speed Auto Care was much more interested in working on cars than processing my return. Between nobody being at CJ’s Rentals in Toms River, being sent to the non-existent business in Manalapan and being stood up by Right Choice moving helpers, I will never use anything UHaul again.
