Figure out the drop off location? after 14 hours of driving and unloading the last thing someone wants is the anxiety of trying to figure out where the empty trailer they have needs to go. Maybe not a location failure but overall system failure. Although at every step whether online or in person I was asked and was clear where I was going...once even that there wasn't a uhaul location where I was going, my own quick search showed there were in fact multiple.

Very difficult to get into the parking lot with a trailer. They also did not check in the trailer which caused an extra day charge. Although I am currently being refunded that extra day charge they lost 2 days they could have rented that trailer out because the trailer had been dropped off a day early from the rental time.

CRAIG SSo many things went wrong with renting from U-Haul. When I rented the trailer, I was told I could call U-Haul to get locations where I could drop off the trailer when done. I called U-Haul, automated mssg said 10minute wait. After approx 10 mins, the phone rang. I assumed I was next in line. The phone line disconnected. This happened twice. Then there was the issue with documentation that I returned the trailer. I called the U-Haul location 3x and U-Haul 2x to verify the trailer was checked in. On all accounts it was checked in. The following day, I recd an email that the trailer was not checked in and it would b reported stolen if I didn’t return it. So I had to make additional calls to confirm that the trailer was checked in. All very frustrating
