They never checked in my uhaul that I returned the same day. Went through all the check in steps, took pictures, put keys and contract in lock box. Then I got charged for 5 extra days. Customer service made me whole but it's a annoying.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff sounded very uneducated, had zero knowledge on equipment, seemed more of a hang out then a business
Travis HLet customer know earlier if u hual switches pick up location.
Duane MThis is, primarily, a Towing company. They weren't staffed to support trailer drop-off. If I had not been experienced at pulling/backing a trailer, the experience would have been far worse.
Steven CFigure out the drop off location? after 14 hours of driving and unloading the last thing someone wants is the anxiety of trying to figure out where the empty trailer they have needs to go. Maybe not a location failure but overall system failure. Although at every step whether online or in person I was asked and was clear where I was going...once even that there wasn't a uhaul location where I was going, my own quick search showed there were in fact multiple.
