It's not Todd's Transmission that it the problem it 's U-Haul's website that doesn't work. I waited for almost an hour and the website never came up. U-Haul customer service rep ended up emailing me the rental. Whoever did it added the U-Haul insurance which increased my overall rental cost 33 %. I HAVE full coverage insurance that covers rental so I NEVER get the over priced insurance. Not only did I have to wait almost an hour I got fucked on the billing because your website doesn't fucking work!!!!! If the was another option I would never use U-Haul again, but there isn't. Probably why you don't give a fuck how much you inconvenience your dealers or customers.
