Our trip itinerary was planned around a specific pickup location. The location was randomly changed on his with an email providing no details other than the address. The pickup was scheduled for 8 am. The new pickup location didn't open until 10am. When I finally got ahold of customer service, they told me there was no contactless pickup option in the app because I wasn't there at 8. THEY changed the pickup location. When I finally was able to get into the truck, there was none of the options that I paid EXTRA for: no furniture dolly, no appliance dolly, no blankets. Nothing.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisParking the rental behind the building worried me, even though i was told to. Then getting a call the next day because they didn't get notified the truck was brought back, caused additional worry. Everyone was nice but it was uncomfortable.
Curtis CHave some real location, not a restaurant where no one knows what's going on.
Esteban DMy 10 year old found tobacco in the cab. Truck did not have equipment and customer service was not helpful and sent me to another number after waiting 30+min the first time.
Laura RLocated in a bad part of town I didn’t feel safe.
