More information to customer. I went to three different locations this week and had three very different informational experiences. Biggest problem overall is Uhaul itself. I should NOT have had to drive over an hour to pick up a truck i reserved weeks before.

Usually after hours when dropping off but access easy and accessible.
Amanda BGas gauge broken, left note, still got charged extra and I only had half a tank starting out. I took a picture for proof, but again, gauge broken. Not cleaned out. Transmission working hard, even accelerating slowly. Brakes were funky too. I've never had these issues with Uhaul before.

ABBEY MThis operator is rude and has a nasty disposition. He lied to us about the availability of a 20' truck, finding out it was available a full day earlier than he told us, costing us hundreds of dollars and considerable time.
