The employee was a few mins late for the 10am starting time posted for this location but he was helpful in allowing me to drop the trailer off with no paperwork.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBe honest about the reported mileage and fuel in the vehicles I bought the equipment back with more fuel then I left with and got charged to fuel it up more even after proving the fuel levels at pick up. Also, if I wasn’t paying attention I would have been charged for an extra 200 miles I didn’t drive. Even after trying to get the mileage fixed nothing was done about it at this location . The drop off receipt still shows wrong milage out. No calls are attempts to correct this was made before my card was ran. Seems shady.. Just pay attention to your contract at pick up and drop off.
Jeremy CYou could have the gas tank filled. When I received the UHaul, it only had a quarter of a tank of fuel.
Samuel DThe rental truck was not clean when I picked it up. I had to bring the issue to the owner. There was trash in the cab and in the bed. Further more, my pick up time was set to 9 am by customer service call center and the location did not open until 10 am.
Frank TI requested and paid for the appliance dolly. The only one in the truck was the small utility dolly. I used it to get by but ended up getting charged for both. Other than that everything was good.
