was quick n smooth. they had truck already connected to trailer for pickup. just had to pay and then was ready to hit road

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWindshield was covered in bug juice. Driver compartment full of sand, dirt and food crumbs. Back storage not swept out. Staff surly and unfriendly. No contract emailed to me. Had to call and 'beg' Laura to send to me. Online check-in was ridiculous. All information should have been completed 'upfront'. Not in the field where unable to see phone in glaring sun. Overall bad experience.Uhaul needs a new CEO!
John BI went 3 1/2 miles to my house and the left rear tire had very little air in it aired it up to the correct amount on the side of the tire and heard air leaking looked and there was a nail in the tire and I hadn’t went on my property or anything. I told it from Water’s to my property approximately 3 1/2 miles. Called the back they said there’s nothing we can do you have to call the number on there and get somebody to come and repair it so I sit with my trailer from 930 or 9:45 till noon till a guy finally showed up to change my tire. How do you think I feel about U-Haul not good I should get all my money refunded. this is BS and I’ve used U-Haul a bunch and never had a problem but the gentleman at that location kept telling me I can’t change a tire for you. I can’t swap it out. Nothing if that’s you guys way to do business I don’t want any part of it.
ROGER PMy favorite place to rent from. They have lots of room for hooking up to trailers and to return them. It is always a pleasure to deal with the people there.
