CHRISTOPHER WVery slow to process even with everything prepaid. Did not help at all. Said they would close out ticket, but never closed my rental until after I called hours later
RINO GI would go back to the Ray Rd. location based solely upon the customer service I recieved from the man manning register. I feel terrible for not remembering his name but he was incredibly cordial, answered all of my questions, and got me on the road lickety-split. My only qualm was the interior of the U-haul was fairly dusty, as though the vinyl hadn't been wiped down in some time. Additionally, the cab smelt of marijuana. However, that easily dissipated with a cracked window going down the highway.
