I was scheduled to pick up my rental at another location early that morning. It wasn't returned on time though and was told this place had what I needed. I drove another 5 miles down the road and was greeted by the most friendly man who just knew how my morning of moving was going. So helpful and I was on my way quickly. Even though they did not have the dolly I needed, his demeanor and kindliness made it all ok.

Hello, I have found that unless I secure storage or rental needs with an actual UHAUL location that things do not go well. This location was not prepared for me to pick up my rental. I reserved an appliance dolly that they did not have, and I had to leave and drive the uhaul truck to another location to find an appliance dolly. This impacted mileage and my time.
