The mobile experience when I checked my rental truck back in was less desirable. Loading pictures and continuing to the section of return process took longer than expected. I had restart several times.

The online pickup portion was by far the worst part. Long, tedious and frustrating. The truck itself was extremely clean and well-maintained.

heather bI recieved the truck dirty. The online process wouldnt accept my entries so it took extra time to get my truck. I had a 4 hour rental scheduled and it took 2 hours to get the truck. A $19.95 rental was billed at $65.00 after that! When i disputed the bill i was told i would get a call back within 24 hrs... that was 2 weeks ago and i have yet to hear from anyone. I entered the miles when i got the truck and when i turned it in but both numbers arent available to me for comparison
