Manager was amazing! He was very friendly and helpful. The system crashed a couple of times while attempting to rent a vehicle. He apologized for the inconvenience and remained calm and helpful. I will definitely visit this location for my future needs! You guys rock!maria B.

I normally rent from a different location but they didn't have what I needed so I came to this one. I waiting inside a good 15 mins before I had to go out to the lot to find someone. He wasn't freaky personable he just gave me the paperwork and that was it. Not friendly at all. Truck was good and nice and clean, mileage was off on the paperwork so took a pic and submitted.Holli I.
The girl was very stressed getting all my things around cause she was alone and never ended up clicking confirm that I picked up my order so when I arrived at my location and returned boxes they couldn't return them to me. I thin uhaul should get orders around ahead of time so people can just pick them up. Even though she was stressed she did get everything around quickly however.HALEY ALEXANDRA B.
I don't think you should leave it up to the customers to clean the truck. Having to take all those photos & prove it's "clean for the next family" is not very customer friendly and because of this, it wasn't clean when we picked it up so we didn't feel compelled to clean it when we dropped it off. The mileage rate was pretty high, and wasn't able to drop off at my home location as truck was needed back. It would have been nice to receive a discount on the mileage given the situation, and if a customer is doing a short rental (7.5 hours) and a discount for say over 50 miles and returning to same location.Juliajoy W.

The truck rear view driver's side mirror kept turning as I drove causing me to have to roll the window down and keep moving it every time I had to switch lanes on the freeway. It started raining so I was soaked and wet because I had to leave the window down in order to keep adjusting the mirror because it just kept turning as I drove. I almost hit a truck because I was trying to adjust the mirror and switch lanes. Very disappointed and to top it off I had to use both hands to roll the window up because it was stuck.Erica C.
