Hi: I wanted to reach out to you to rectify the mix-up regarding my storage unit #2070. I ended my storage time with you on December 29, 2022 and there was a check request made instead of having the refund put on card. You texted Kim and I gave you my address in Dallas, TX ,but the amount of the refund was for $201,8 and not the $302,7 which was for the remainder of the prepayments made on the storage unit. I called the customer service number and informed them of the mix-up and the agent said that she sent Jeff an email. explaining the situation to him and said that he could redo the refund request and make sure that the correct amount reflects the three months that should have been refunded to me, and not the two months that the check was for. I was told that Jeff could have the check voided and redo the refund request. I am able to use a phone between the hours of 11am -2pm ET, I called today, but Jeff was not at the store. I have rented from a few storage facilities and by far, Uhaul is the best. Their staff is friendly and helpful, the unit is clean, the facility is safe and well-lit. I would definitely rent from them again.heather p. | Overall Experience

It is impossible to reach this location by phone. You have to physically go into the store front to talk to anyone. Most of the employees are nice and helpful but there is one lady (I think the manager) who is very rude and has a bad attitude 100 % of the time. They also do not work with you on anything unlike the other locations around town. We regret getting a storage unit at this location and would not recommend to anyone.Jill L. | Overall Experience
