Checkout was good online, but there seemed to be only one person working. I didn't know i could return the truck on line and my phone was almost dead; my charger was not with me. My fault, but maybe someone would find it helpful to know.

It was hard to park the uhaul and there were abandoned vehicles making it feel unsafe Overall, the return using the mobile app was fine but we returned the uhaul at the same gas level and were still charged for fuel. At one point it showed it was charging us for cleaning as well but wasn’t in the final receipt.

Daniel HChecking in online to rent the vehicle was difficult and took over a half hour. We then returned the truck well within our time limit and woke up to a text two days later saying they were going to report the vehicle as stolen if not returned asap though it had been returned days ago.
Nathan DOur truck was not inspected before rental. It had a broken oilf filter that leaked all the oil out in our first 10 miles. There was also an appliance dolly unsecured in the back, that we did not order and the back was not swept out from the previous use.
