My experience had more to do with the process of picking up and dropping off the truck. The website kept glitching/timing out making pick up take 45 minutes and dropping off. Also the locations "parking lot" was filled with over grown trees and weeds making parking a 15 ft box truck difficult.

I scheduled an 8 am pick online for this location. I got there at 8 and they were closed, not opening until 830. They finally opened at 845 and left at 915 (a full hour behind my schedule). Also, I ordered furniture pads, never received them. I notified Uhaul of this three times via email, but still got charged for them.
