This has nothing to do with the pick up location…it was fantastic, but the mobile pick up on the app was not very effective and caused me problems with picking up my rental in a timely manner. I had to wait for the office to open, which caused me to lose an hour and a half of time.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad to drive to this location to pick up a car hauler. Dave got me hooked up and on the road quickly and efficiently. I wish U-Haul would update the system so customers can be confident when making a reservation that the equipment can be picked up in the location on the reservation.
RYAN CThe guy there was kind enough to let me know i needed to pick up my truck the evening before because he was have surgery the day I was supposed to pick the truck up.
SARAH KHave the additional moving equipment requested available or at the very least let the renter know in advance it will not be available. Moving is a hectic day without having the add on of trying to locate moving equipment at the last minute. A refund was issued for the missing equipment, but that does not change the fact that the equipment rented/needed was not available and no one mentioned this beforehand. Very disappointing and made for a very long and challenging day.
GARY MWaiting on my $100 deposit back if I don't get it by the end of tomorrow will be calling to see what's up with it will he using uhaul again.
