Had not signing up so u could located the drop box for the key. Was super dark poor lighting with no direction given
Jennifer hWhen I arrived to drop off the trailer, there was nobody in the office. I called the office number but there was no answer. I called a cell phone number on display and spoke with the owner who had been called away on a towing job. He told me where to leave the trailer. After the call an employee arrived from another job who confirmed this information, so I left the trailer as instructed. Later, I called the owner again to confirm that he had recorded drop off. I realized later that I should have taken a photo of the trailer at the drop off to prove that the trailer was dropped off in good condition. Perhaps your customers should be told to do this as a security issue.
Roger BThe shop was closed when I arrived to drop off the truck. I inadvertently left the key for my personal lock on the key ring that I dropped in the key return box. I called and left a message. The owner called me back the next day to explain that he had a death in the family, that's why he was closed. Bummer! He made arrangements to leave the key for me. No worries and everything worked out fine using the U-haul truck return app.
