The truck was covered in dirt on the back tailgate. I didn’t get the text about the condition until it had expired

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing, everything was great and quick
Ally PTrailer has a worn tire that blew out before I reached my destination. Better preventative maintenance could be performed on the rental equipment such as replacing worn tires to prevent failure on the road by customers.
MICHAEL HI picked the truck up using the mobile app, and dropped it back off in person. In both cases, it was a breeze!
JOHN GThe truck was insanely unsafe. The side driver mirror did not stay in place- I had to hold it while driving from San Luis Obispo California to Carson city Nevada going over dinner pass with huge semi trucks. No visibility and lane changes were nerve racking. I started the day with a flat tires as well. That was fixed promptly. For $1000 it was not worth risking my life and others on the road. I was told the manager at U-Haul would call me about this scary unsafe ride- I have not heard back from her. Customer service is lacking in this case.
