Gail BThis is a new owner and the new owners are COMPLETELY renovating the building. They are under construction, but we’re very friendly and helpful. She seems to have a great understanding of U-Haul rentals and the return was smooth. I am positive that this location and the service provided with be fantastic as the ‘dust settles!’
John WI was not informed there would be an after-hours service fee. There was literally no service provided. I'm very disappointed.
