Andre (I think was his name), the young man at the desk, was great! He knew his stuff and was very helpful and efficient. Consider having some smaller vehicles (small truck, pickup, panel/passenger van) available for a one-way rental. My car broke down and I had to get to Grand Junction for a meeting the next day. Two of the rental car companies at the airport had closed their desk (I got there at 3:10 p.m.) and Hertz had nothing available. Hertz did suggest trying U-Haul, which is why I went to you for the rental. The truck was clean, ran fine and worked for me - but was three times bigger than I needed! :)

Jesse PReserved a 9' van that wasn't actually available but was offered the 15' truck and it worked out well
Erin MEasy to drop off the trailer. Personnel were nice. The trailer was returned clean and no additional damage.
ADOLF EThe employee charged me a drop off fee that was never discussed at pick-up. She was not friendly and her response was "take it up with the pick up location. I do not plan to do business at this Gunnison location again after two difficult encounters. Event though I live in Gunnison, I will have to travel to Montrose to pick-up and return trailers. Very unfortunate. This person needs customer service improvement and could definitely be more grateful for the business. It juts seems like her customers are a problem and she's not willing to be helpful.
