I waw over charged, complained and had NO response. I will NEVER rent from Chuckie again. They do NOT know what they are doing. It's a shame, but when you mess up and do NOTHING to correct this is what YOU GET. BBB and Chamber of commerce Will have a letter about this. Good luck and DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!
Timothy OBe more faster at the rental process Doing the beginning of the process and after the process. It took me 45 minutes to get my rental and even longer when I returned it I missed two, two doctors appointments..

MARTIN SThe dealer didn’t go over anything about the rental told me to look at my rental agreement for all questions he didn’t have time. When I told him I was hard at seeing he told me to have someone look at it. Very rude. When I came back to return the truck the officer door was wide open and he wasn’t around and we didn’t know how to drop it off since no direction was given.
