My whole experience leading up to picking up at this location was ridiculous and wrong. I had my reservation changed three times due to lack of communication from scheduling staff and other locations. I had to call twice in order to find a replacement truck for the same day

you can improve on the communication 2 hours for a live person to help us when the app did not work on the set location and had to change location pick up. The original said was open and they were not to pick up the key to the truck.
Ginnie PI can't recall the ladies name that assisted me, but she was outstanding! Personable, knew the equipment and was just overall awesome! If needed again, know exactly where I will go.

CHRISTOPHER DThe trailer lights didn't work. The site attempted to fix it but was unable to do so and asked me to call Uhaul roadside assistance. Larry was GREAT, he walked me through the process, and it worked the first time on my phone, The follow up was exactly on time stated in the text i recieved. The repair did not go ask planned the first time but, again Larry got in front of the problem and the technician arrived in 12 minutes. The repair was made with little to no disruption.
