The location in hahira was amazing. The two location in Valdosta I would give a no stare rating. The location where I picked up the truck in Valdosta left the truck at a quarter of a tank. The second location where I was supposed to pick up the trailer was no help. I arrive and they did not have the trailer I was booked to pick up. I called the help line where U-Haul sent me 27 minutes out of the way to pick up a trailer and then drive all the way back to Valdosta to pick up my car. I originally schedule for truck and trailer to be picked up at one location to make it easier. I drove to multiple locations to pick up everything and because of this I could not weight my truck empty like I'm supposed to for the military, the help I had scheduled to load my truck had to leave because I was an hour late due to having to run all over town to pick everything up. I also wasted more gas and miles with driving out of my way to get everything and having to drive 45 minutes out of the way to get an empty weight once arriving at the drop off location. Over all a terrible experience with U-Haul besides the location in hahira. The young lady there was amazing and understanding of everything going on. There needs to be compensation for the hassle of everything since it was supposed to be an easy pick up and it was not. Also, there needs to be a way that you can confirm equipment is at the location stated before a customer drive 20 minutes into town in afternoon traffic and the equipment is not there.
