First time using uhaul, having that said, I was late 1:30 beyond my 6hours rent and was charged the same amount (6hours) for being late. Not only that, I rented a furniture trolley and the site only has a regular trolley which we have to go back for since they overlook my reservation. Would only recommend because of the convenience of the location

The system indicated one thing and the truck displayed another thing Km's and gas readings were totally off I had to take pictures to prove I was right and what employees had in the computer was wrong Without pictures I would have been drastically over charged

GARY WU haul did not provide a furniture dolly nor furniture pads that I ordered. It makes it very difficult to move large and awkward furniture without it.
