The man who helped me with the contract when I first picked up the UHaul was very unfriendly, and, I think because he only had 15 minutes left in his shift, he tried to rush. He commented that I would be here at 5 pm according to my booking time, but I explained that I noticed their store closed at 4 pm, so I hurried over. He didn't like that answer. His printer didn't work and he was getting irritated. I ended up with the paper I signed instead of a copy. No help was given to show me the truck, and no one asked if I had any questions. Very rude and uncourteous! And even though the truck advertised a one- way trip, he said it had to be returned to this location. That's false advertising! If I would have known that, I never would have rented from this location. There was no reason to show ignorance towards me and earn a " thumbs down" for a rating, but he did! There is no reason this business should rent UHaul trucks if courtesy cannot be the number one priority for renters.

Quit forcing people to adhere to a rental period.the ad on the side of your truck says 20/per day not rental period. It’s false advertising and a scam.People got enough to worry about these days ! Especially when they’re trying to get moved!

JOHN DThe only thing I found hard was learning how to adjust the mirrors. Other than that everything went well it was pretty simple to understand and wasn’t hard for me to move all of my furniture and so forth into my new home. Definitely undermined the size of the U-Haul since I rented a 15 foot I thought it would be too small for all my appliances and everything, but it worked out in the end.
LEXTIN SThe truck was fine. The payment on the debit card that they didn't accept was still put on hold and the funds still have not been released back to my account. I put it on a different card basically paying twice for one truck rental. If the card isn't acceptable, why would it still put a hold on the card? Other than that, the experience was fine. Please fix that in the system and please release the funds back into my account!
