Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEmployee came out, took pictures of the hook up. Criticized the hook up, which your man in Surrey hooked up, and lectured me not even knowing what he was talking about. Left without helping me lift the trailer off of the hitch. So at 68 years old I had to lift the 250lb hitch off myself.
PETER MCharged cleaning fee of $25 and the van was already a mess when I picked it up. Never use this location ever again. I brought it back 2 days early and now have to call them to get money back. Very frustrating

I booked a reservation weeks before my moving day for Saturday August 29th at 8am and then the day before I get a phone call from you saying my reservation was made for 2:30pm which would be impossible because I have the email stating my time a made it for. I then argued on the phone with a lady until I hung up because the call was getting no where especially when you have really rude employees working for you. So I called back, got a manager and he stored it out and got me a larger truck that would be at the first place I booked at it originally. So the next day I Uber to the location for 745 because I like to be early and to my surprise.. no truck. Not one. The place of business was closed until 10am so I was lost. I called about 4 different customer services and finally got a hold of someone that in the end got me a truck but an hour after my original booking time and also 30 minutes from my location I picked. Those two days have probably been worse than the actual moving. Terrible experience all around.
