The staff were very helpful and accomodating, but the our unit had water in it, and it was not open after 8pm which was difficult for us as our kids go to bed at 7:30 and often finish bedtime at 8pm so getting to the unit (without kids) was difficult. I would recommend to a friend if they are not storing anything that needs to be temperature controlled or fully moisture resistant items. Also, i have not moved out. I paid for this month so I'm not sure why i received this email (but no big deal on that one for me). Again, it was a great unit if you have certain needs, but it was just not right for us. Thanks.
