I found out the location I was suppose to pick up U Haul didn't have the truck I needed an hour before pick up time , re routed somewhere else that didn't have truck either, it was not good customer service at all.
JOYCE T.My rental was confirmed at the montechello location in Norfolk for a 7 am pick up I was in line when my phone rang at 710 am while I was in line. They informed me I had to Uber to Hampton Va to pick up the equipment. This delay cost me an additional $400 for the moving crew I hired to sit there while I went to Hampton to pick up the truck , that uhaul confirmed was ready and available 12 hours previously. To make matters worse, when I arrived at Hampton, they told me I was in the computer for pick up at that location at 0730. That woul have been information uhaul should have provided Ed when you called to tell me my equipment was ready 12 hours earlier.
