The staff was helpful. The entire experience was great. The trailer was great and rode very well the entire trip. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend U-Haul trailers and Miles Motorsports again. Also, when I returned the trailer to U-Haul Store 66 in Lake Worth, Florida, everything went well and took place quickly. I am very pleased and happy with the experience overall.

I wouldn’t change anything at the Hancock, ME location. The lady that helped me was excellent, from making the reservation to checking the trailer in, she reminded me of how customer service used to be in America!. She was extremely efficient and knew her business. Doing business at this location was more refreshing than a tall drink of water.
