I would like to say the transmission was slipping very badly after we loaded the whole truck not initially when we first left I had 22 miles to empty. I put $10 in on the way back. It's still registered 22 miles to empty which means it looks like I put nothing in it and also when I loaded my truck and then unloaded it, I noticed my mattresses were soaking wet. I don't understand how they got wet if they were inside the truck while we were transporting to a new house.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHave the attendant on site. He was somewhere else relying on his 12 year old brother to call him when customers arrived. We waited over 10 minutes to get helped. This is after having to drive to this location because the original location didn't have the truck I reserved.
David BCustomer service inside of location was not good. location and the ability to open up the lock. Box was hard. Customer service on the phone was not good.

Jose BI got rerouted 4 times to this location because Uhaul as a company is incompetent and apparently the truck I needed kept "getting stolen". I had to get a 26 ft truck when I only wanted a 20ft. I hate you Uhaul idk why I keep using your services. The actual location was fine and the guy charged me for the 20 ft I wanted which was nice as he was understanding of my frustration.
