Simple place to rent and drop equipment, you hook up and drop off via uhaul app. Upload pictures and all done.
James OThe local manager was very rude and I would highly recommend that you look for a new person there. The people at the location were great and helped me sign in. But the local scheduling manager was rude as soon as I had got on the phone with her and honestly has me considering never using uhaul again and telling all my friends not to use uhaul. I would highly recommend a reevaluation of her employment!
Devan DStay away from this location (Stop N Go) if you want to reduce your stress level! I’ve rented more U-Hauls than I can remember and this was by far the worst experience! The truck was dirty, the U-Haul system was “down,” the customer service agent hung up on me when I asked for my options, the clerk at the Stop N Go was talking negatively about U-Haul, and the A/C went out and after 3 mobile mechanic calls I was left with intermittent a/c and exacerbated asthma issues in the exhaust smelling truck. It was horrible! Oh, and no one would entertain giving me a discount! The final U-Haul representative that I spoke with did extend my time when I explained to her my delays due to the issues and how it effected my ability to find help to load and unload the truck. I moved from one state to another with a 48 hour window, but needed an extra 2 hours. So that was nice. Another moving truck rental company was the same price- next time I’m going with them! By U-Haul!
