Trailer had no place to put straps one side had been broken off and we wanted the newer trailer same price and he wouldn’t give it to us

Uhaul was filthy on the inside of the box and ramp. It was full of what appeared to be demolition debris and dust. The ramp had nails, sheet rock and what looked like shingle pieces. The home I moved from was tracked up as well as my new home. I had to try to remove some of the dust and debris but it wasn't possible to get it all without rinsing it out. I cleaned up the nails etc for my own protection. My furniture and belongings were covered in dust. I emailed pictures and I have not been contacted in regards to my experience. I was charged way to much to deal with such poor conditions of a uhaul. I also ordered an appliance dolly and hand truck which was not available at my pick up.
