When systems are down, out of courtesy, it would be encouraged for customers to receive a slip showing U-haul received the returned truck or trailer. I noticed that some customers just behind me were forced to wait for a longer than reasonable time due to there being only one staff present. This should not be the case.Allen M.
The front of the truck was not clean. There was some sticky red ketchup or jelly in the handle of the passenger door and just looked like it could use a good wipe down. Also seemed like there should be more than one person working for how busy it was.TYLER E.

Ordered a dolly with the Van and was not given the dolly. I had to scramble to find one at the destination. Other than that everything was fine.ANTHONY L.

Customer service was great. But when it came to maintaining the equipment, I wish I would have checked the car dolly over well before hooking it up and leaving. When I got home with the dolly I noticed the drivers side fender was busted and flapping against the taillight wiring and one wire was broken and tail light didn't work. I ended up having to repair the tail light wiring as well as the fender before I could use the car dolly. I just wish the equipment was maintained better. Otherwise everything else was A+ANDREW K.

There were multiple damaged areas that should have been marked from the previous use. I took the maximum amount of pictures that I could before we had to leave, but there were way too many and it would've taken longer if I marked every ding and dent. I believe if you do a video for incoming and outgoing the process would be easier and better feeling for your customer, so they wouldn't worry about existing damage.. other then that, the staff were quite fast and helpful. My experience with Uhaul was awful and there aren't even words to explain my time with you. The truck from the beginning was given to us with a head light missing and the brights were in when we got it so I didn't notice it til we arrived at our destination and had items in the uhaul. We noticed it when we needed to move it for someone and then we noticed it. We had to return it and unload what we had into a new truck. That took up our time and money. We were supposed to get a discount and never did. We then were charged wrong for the next day beings we had to rent it again for another day because of the issues. Then when we were going with a full load we had a tire blow on us. We then had to wait and take up time and money. We then went only less than a mile and it started acting funny. We pulled over again and called roadside again. The same guy came back and seen its not a tire issue its a broken axel now. We then had to wait again and be towed.to were we needed to go. I specifically asked if we were going to be compensated for this and she reassured me we would be. I also asked if she could call hermantown mn called Uhaul of Duluth what is going on with the truck and that we still needed to unlaod it (which she said take your time with it) and that it is broke because I said I didn't want to be charged again. Well that night I went on my online banking and they charged me again!!! I already am supposed to be reimbursed for the 1st truck with the headlight out and now with this broken truck and they charge me for having a broken truck!! So that is 3 charges I am supposed to get back and on top this i was charged a bunch of charges at the end. Because when I brought the truck back at a little before 7 when they closed they were closed already and they charged me a few days later for this whole incident. I expected something completely different. A refund not another bunch of charges! They also needed to be more upfront with charges and what comes with a truck such as a dolly and different options like one ways or ect. They just need to be more helpful and not lie they said I would not be charged at all til the end and it was just an awful store with awful trucks and a terrible experience.LEEANN B.
Every time I utilize Uhaul they always make adjustments to my reservation, which will double my initial cost. There is no communication between offices. I feel like I cannot depend on the Hermantown Uhaul to support my needs as a small business.Trent B.
