Very pleasant experience, the U-haul representative was knowledgeable, efficient and it only took ten minutes to pick the truck up. The truck was clean, run great and AC was cold. Also when talking to the dispatchers when trying to locate a truck size they went above and beyond to locate one for me. This was the first time I rented a truck for a move. I will need to rent again in July so I will definitely be renting from U-haul again. Hats off to the Hernando, MS location off McCracken Road!Frances D.
This has been the worse experience that I had dealing with UHaul. I have used UHaul for the past 3-4 moves, never had any trouble. The location I selected did not have the truck I needed, I wasn't notified until 2 days before my move, then was informed that I would have to drive an extra 20 minutes away from my original location, and a hour away from my new house, to pick up the truck. When I called the location, super nice ladies! They directed me to someone with trafficking. Called the next day and spoke to Daniell, super rude, and even argued with me, not very customer friendly or customer center. She did not offer any accommodations at first, it wasn't until after I told her that I will be making a complaint to customer service, when she offer to change the mileage from $.99 to $.75. Then I called 1-800-gouhaul to make a complaint, which is the number Daniell gave me. Called and spoke with Shirley. She was nice and very apologetic. It wasn't until after taking to her for 30 minutes that she informed me that she was not customer service, that she would transfer me to the right department which was someone from trafficking. I informed her in the 30 min conversation prior to her telling me she was not customer services, that I had already talked with them. She basically told me â€œsir I don't know what you expect customer service to do.â€ So I informed her that I was getting upset and that I needed to let her go before I get very upset. I arrived at the location, the lady there was very nice. I admit I did not check the inside of the truck bed. I was suppose to have a dolly, there was no dolly...which wasn't a big deal. When I returned the truck the next day I informed the lady..very nice, she told me that they would credit the dolly. Overall worse experience I would give a negative 5 star to UHaul and the use of the reservation online...there is no connection with the company and the online. I will never use UHaul ever again. I will pay more money to use Penske for now on, even if they are more expensive.CHARLES F.

The lady that worked at this location was rude. She did not come out and tell me where to park the trailer and there were no spots available, so I dropped the trailer where I could and then she wanted me to move it again and charged me $20. She should've come out of her office and let me know where to drop the trailer and there wouldn't have been an issue.Asher F.

I asked for a refund because I didn't get what I paid for. I do all my business with uhaul including storage. The reason for the truck rental was to remove my essential items from my storage at the uhaul on Pepperchase in Southaven Ms. After renting the truck I found out that the elevator was out of service at uhaul. I couldn't do anything. My money was taken for the truck rental though. ðŸ¤”Dwana T.
