The actual Uhal company could do better with where they send customers to. I had a reservation and literally had to go to a total of 3 locations to pick up and I was in a rush trying to get my children’s and myself out of a DV situation with my their father. The 3rd location was the last location and the guy was great that assisted me. And the truck I originally wanted was unavailable and I was upgraded to the next size and they charged to charge me extra but told me I’d still get it for the price of the 10ft which was $294 but I ended up being charged close to $400 at the end.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI couldn't leave the lock there was no where for me to leave it and the business was closed. Also the truck smelled like weed in the bed. All of our furniture smells like it now. The lock was left on the drop off locations lock box.
Amanda MPicking up the truck through the app was extremely problematic. It would not accept my pictures inspite of following directions exactly. I attempted the process 3 times. After 30 minutes had been wasted, I called to speak with a representative. Although they were able to help eventually, it took another 30 minutes.
