The owner of the facility wasn’t even there when we went to pick up our rental had to wait 45 minutes to find someone who can pick up the keys because the owner left ended up getting the rental with zero gas we had to put off the back atleast $20 of gas for literally a 9 mile rental and let’s not add that a tire was low on pressure and the older gentleman told us to not pay attention to the dashboard. We were literally mind blown. Hi. We want to turn in the vehicle before the shop closed and there was no one to attend this. We ended up having to find a way to park the rental and then take it the next morning having to lose another day of work just to turn in the rental. Never in the 13 years of rental uhauls have I had such horrible experiences and zero customer service. And with everything that happened, the guy had the audacity to ask if we returned the rental with the same amount of gas.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMuy mala experiencia con este establecimiento tienen que chequear bien antes de llevarse el camión que renten porque me cobraron por una supuesta basura que habia dejado yo sin ellos revisar que las bolsas eran de las lonas que ellos mismos dan para cubrir los muebles que al parecer las habían utilizados los anteriores clientes y las habían dejado en bolsas yo no cheque antes de llevarme el camión porque supuestamente debe de pasar por una inspección por parte del establecimiento antes de volver a rentarlo
