Today I had a great experience at this location! I used the 24/7 pick up, truck was ready to go on time. The staff was pleasant and answered a couple of quick questions I had when I got there and when I turned in the truck Joseph greeted me right away, reviewed the truck efficiently and was very professional. This was truly appreciated after a long day of moving! Thank you!

Hire more customer service people. The in-store wait is at least 20 minutes and I spent 60 minutes (!!!) on hold this morning and still never spoke to anyone. Need more staff to serve customers.

This place was a total joke. The manager should be bagging groceries. The unit I rented was not in working order returned for them to add some brake fluid in the parking lot and say it would be good to take off again for the same problem. Back to the rental place for the manager to say unload and go to another place and pick up another unit, they have one, to get there to find out they didn't have one and the manager at the previous place never even called. then to get sent to another place to finally get the unit. In all I would recommend use a different rental company.

I will just start with, everything was taken care of promptly and resolved. Drop off was busy and a Uhaul employee took the truck to another location to clear the area. My on time drop off wasn't recorded, and I was called saying I hadn't returned the truck an hour later. I called right back to say I had returned it. Then received my bill and was charged another day full day. I only had the truck 4 hours. I called customer service and was passed to the GM of the County Line location. He provided me with a refund for the extra charges and explanation of what happened. He was very nice and it was resolved quickly. I will still return to Uhaul for future needs.

I was asked to rate my experience, and while the location omat highlands ranch was a great team my overall experience with uhaul was horrendous, unfortunately my truck broke down (which isnt uhauls issue) however their trailer also got a flat tire so with those two factors I needed to drop the trailer at a different location. I was charged almost 300 dollars for this! Obviously they could do nothing about the truck but THEIR equipment was also failing and you would think with that in mind I would be given a little grace but absolutely not. I have uses uhaul in the passed and had decent experience but this time around I was left extremely unimpressed.

All of the outdoor staff that hooks up equipment for departure and then receives the returned rental equipment, seem very friendly and helpful. I would rate them as exemplary. The counter person does her job and processes the rental, however, all three times I've encountered her during past and present rentals, I've found her to behave relatively cold and indifferent. I wouldn't call her rude, however, she doesn't smile and project the friendly outgoing demeanor that I've experienced over the years at various U-Haul locations.

Ensure your trailers have safe tires and overall mechanical systems such as suspension and wheel bearings via a detailed and required inspection process every time a rental in completed. This process should require detailed points of inspection including photo documentation using tread gauges measuring at three points across the tire. There should also be an establish service interval that is fully disclosed to the customer. You should also give notice of the tire date codes to the customer proving that no tire is over its suggested service life. This information should be a continuous record and could be used to market the potential quality of uhaul rentals. Right now there is no of that happening otherwise I would have never had such an experience!

These guys were awesome! They were friendly and helpful. The truck was missing the blankets and was a little dirty, but the guys were quickly able to help. I would recommend them!

I was given a trailer with a flat tire. I realized as soon as I got home, about two miles away. I immediately called the location and was told they wouldn't help. They had another 6x12 there, but refused to switch and said I had to call the helpline and waste two hours waiting to be serviced. The equipment should have been checked before they gave it to me. I wanted to talk to the manager when I returned. He wasn't there so I left my phone number and was promised he would call me. No call. Poor service and poor customer service.

Kelly was great. The connectivity of the phone pickup and return was poor and it made the process take a lot longer than it should have. The staff at the location was pleasant and I was eventually sent my receipt via email. I got kicked out of the return process three times before finally giving up and having them send me my receipt. Great idea with the 24/7 process but it needs to work out the bugs for sure.

The location appeared to be understaffed today. I returned the trailer around 1:30 and the check in process went well with one exception. The return was not completed in the system. I returned to double check as I did not get my e-mail receipt. All is good and I understand that everyone was very busy.

The truck needs to be serviced. It has steering problems and the transmission does not shift properly. If I had taken the truck on the highway before it was loaded I would have returned it. The truck is dangerous for an inexperienced truck driver, it was hard to keep it between the white lines at a speed of 65 when loaded. If this is how your trucks are maintained I wii go somewhere else for my next rental.

I originally reserved a 5X8 open trailer... the gentleman that hooked up my trailer was nice enough... however he was unable to get the break lights to work. He had me pull around to the front of the store to have a tech help out. The guy that can to help was awesome! I can’t remember his name but he went above and beyond to try and make the lights work. He is a true asset to your team!
