Severely overcharged. Rented a 10 ft truck for $20. Put about 30 miles on it and put $10 gas back in the tank. By my math, that should have been a $53 charge. Was charged $119. I think the confusion arose because the first vehicle they gave me had to be swapped to a different one because the engine light was on and the information on the 2nd vehicle was incorrect in their system.Brian S.

The person who checked me in this morning was very rude. I got the impression they had been called in last minute and that's why they were a upset. But, I would say that is still no reason to be rude to a customer. Other than that, the experience was okCaleb A.
Truck was reserved for 12:30 and I went to pick up at 12:30 and was told it wasn't available. Ended up waiting until 1:30 for a truck. Had people who were helping with our move and we all had to wait. Not acceptable!DIMITRI F.

It is a nice facility and well equipped with all kinds of moving support items. My real concern is with U-Haul. They moved our pick-up location 3 times, telling us the day before to use Highlands. When we arrived the next day, they did NOT have our truck. We wasted 3 1/2 hours while the staffed unsuccessfully tried to convince us that we were going to have to pay double for 2 small trucks. We did not give in to this pressure and left without a truck. Five hours later, they said that had a truck. We travelled immediately to pick it up and it was in terrible shape, but we had not choice but to take it, noting the discrepancies. It made the trip, but needed routine maintenance, including oil change, body repair, and a front end alignment. The truck shook terribly at speed.DAVID C.

Delivered back at 5pm half hour before closing. Employee told me he would be with me in10 minutes to check it in. 15 minutes later he told me he was busy closing up and would email me the bill. Still have not received it and bill seems excessive compared with the estimate.DAVID M.

I unfortunately didn't realize it until too late but the customer service rep took my personal trailer connector when they detached the trailer. I didn't notice because this site was running distanced and I was told to not get out of my truck. No one attempted to contact me to come get it and when I called I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes with no answering.Jesse G.

The person at your front desk needs some better training. She always tells me I don't have a truck when in fact I have ordered one. The last time I was there, I never ended up getting a truck and had to go to Penske. Maybe she can't read? Very odd.Anna J.
