I my reservation had the wrong location, calling location as suggested didn't help and they were unable to find my reservation. After calling uhaul I was told equipment was not available at that location. I was told it would have all the equipment in the rental at new location, but it did not, and attendee told me that that facility doesn't have ANY equipment like dolly or furniture pads. I had to drive to another location to get these. Truvk was very dirty inside, with gloves, gum, cigarettes, cigarette smoke smell, fast food containers and more left behind in cab. Very disappointed with this experience overall.
Jonathan GDrop off was hard to get into rough pavement and not Marked from main road but staff right before they closed was friendly and helpful
Lynn HWay to expensive. Next time I will rent with Penske.
