I went on-line and made my reservation for a twenty foot truck, a hand dolly, and two dozen protective blankets at the nearest location. The day before our move, U-haul called and said there wasn't" a 20 ft truck at that location. We would have to go to a different one. Okay, annoying but whatever. I pick up the truck and find out that location doesn't have dollies or blankets. WE ARE MOVING NOW!! My wife had to call U-haul and find a location that had them and drive there. Then they said she had to order them on-line. Guess what? You can't order supplies without ordering a truck. I couldn't add to my order because I had already picked up the truck. My wife finally got someone on the phone to fix it but no apology, no discount, no nothing. Thanks for screwing up our move. PS Not On Site Tire Services fault but they didn't try to help.

It took over 20 minutes after I was onsite to get my trailer. What was very confusing was the guy processing requested a second phone number (?), and then after giving my friends to him, then needed second phone numbers drivers license(??). I’ve rented many a u-haul and have never been required to second phone numbers, nor drivers license. What if I had come by myself??
laura hIt took 40 min to get my trailer so many difficulties with your system. They were not helpful at all. I had to struggle putting on the trailer and taking it off myself. So much for the “trailer safety check”
MARTIN MThey refused to walk around the truck with me present then proceeded to try to steal gas money from me saying I didn’t replace the fuel I used. I have pictures showing the before and after on the fuel gauge but they ignored it completely and were not helpful when I called to dispute the charge.
